ENGAGING SIGNAGE
The brief
The Education Authority contacted Print Marketplace in June 2023 with requirements for a signage and installation project for primary and post primary schools in Northern Ireland.
The brief was to produce engaging signage for use in the school catering areas to encourage pupils partake in a healthy school meal.
The challenge
Print Marketplace conducted a successful market engagement and tender exercise and rolled out pilot installations in 10 schools in September 2023.
Following the success of the pilot a further 150 managed installations were implemented in schools across Northern Ireland – equating to 4500 pieces of signage within a 4-month period!
A key challenge was to work around the school day with minimum disruption to the schools’ activities.
